Romans 8:8-25

There are some wonderful promises in store for the people of God. But NOT a suffering-free life.

The average Christian knows very little about suffering today.

The soft saints of this age carry cushions instead of crosses. They want to be carried to the skies on soft and plush beds of ease while others fight to win the prize and sail through bloody seas.

Romans 8:18-25 reminds us of the rewards that come to those who suffer:

  1. A Delight Beyond All Description (Rom 8:18)
  2. A Demonstration Beyond All Definition (Rom 8:19)
  3. A Deliverance Beyond All Decay (Rom 8:20-23)
  4. A Doctrine Beyond All Doubt (Rom 8:24-25)
